Macaron method of making!

Macaron at the beginning of production, we need to prepare the material:
1. Protein 240g, sugar 470g, water 70g
2. Chocolate 330g, Almond Mud 40g
3. Almond powder 200g
Method: 1. 1 hit,the material dry foam.
2. Chocolate Almond impermeable mud adding alternate heating.
3. 2-3 times the material 1 to material 2 Mix (from outside to inside).
4. Join materials 3.
5. Swarmed into piping bags bead type.
6. And then into the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. So ok!
